Most likely caused by issues with your top tension if it is showing on the underside of the fabric, top thread is not being tensioned fully or at all. Check the tension dial is set to five and that the top thread is between the tension discs and under tension.
Best way is to lower the pressure foot as this engages the top tension. Then pull the thread from below the tension device, down near the needle bar, it should feel firm to you.
If not, then check top threading again, rethread and pull thread into the tension device, and test again. If there is some tension there, then you could try turning the top tension dial up to a higher number a little to see if this helps with the stitching.
Failing that, take it for a service, tension device is probably faulty.
