Problem for iLO (1 GB) MP3 Player

Mine is a SMPK4068 and it does not work

I put it in the the computer and did everything it said. I try putting videos or pictures on it and load them up on the Sylavnia then I take the Sylavnia turn it on look for what I put on it and its not there.

Alright i have the same player no probelm at all (i guess because of psp) anyways just make a folder called "VIDEO" and another called "PHOTO" and "E-Book" and "MUSIC" all without the quotation marks.
