Unfortunately the only way to do this is to call Sony. You might try the reset button under the faceplate, or disconnecting the main power from the back of the unit. Sorry! I wish it were easier than this. I've had it happen a few years ago and I had to call sony. I did research it online for you and found out that everyone has had to do the same thing by calling Sony.
