I just purchased a Philips SHE2643 Earphones, and the left earphone is more louder than the left earphone. What's the problem? I'm a little worried here.

Contact Phillips by Phone or E-Mail, they will be able to tell you what the trouble (if any) is. There's no need for worry as if faulty the place you got them from will replace them, or Phillips will.

Low volume on calls. cannot hear caller unless i'm in an absolutely quiet room. I have the master volume at max. also, the flash is so bright that the pics i take are overexposed. Can i shut the flash off...

for the low volume, the fault is from the earpiece. Trust me, I faced this same problem and when I changed the ear piece, I began to hear calls clearly.

You could also get a earphone and use it to receive and make call pending the time you get the earpiece fixed. Earphone will even be much louder.

Concerning the flash, do some adjustment settings as you rightly suggested.

I wish you the best.
