Hi the best thing to do is to contact sharp directly if they have a copy they may be able to send it to you or you can check on line for an authorized sharp dealer who may be able to supply you with a copy

Hallow, mostly when you see signs on the machine, its always good to obey their meaning for copier reliability. When the copy quality is good and the service and developer signs appear, you can continue working and ignore them but if they offend you, then here is the way to reset;

1. Press C then density then C then density keys in that order. Display must go off if not repeat till it does.
2. For service call reset, enter 20 then press copy key then 1 then copy key.
3. For developer reset, repeat 1 above and enter 24 then copy key then 3 then copy key.
4. Turn the copier off then on and the signs will not appear.
