Question about Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP Console
i have given my son a gameboy advanced sp two weeks ago and yesterday it is starting to have problems with the screen it keeps flashing blank and then back to the game and it wont stop, what is wrong with it pls help
this is most likely to be a twisted ribbon cable
to fix this
1 Philips screwdriver
1 triwing screwdriver
1 open up the console
2 undo the top part and detach
3 straighten the ribbon cable
put back together
send it to Nintendo if it doesn't work

This sounds like a loose "ribbon", unfortunately the problem is not easy to fix, the bottom case needs to be opened. find the golden-orange ribbon near the hinge. slide a regular screw driver under the clasp, this should replace the ribbon from the mother board. then you need to re position the ribbon onto the open clasp. using a screw diver push the clasp back down until it clamps firmly on the ribbon. close up the case and cross your fingers. if it continues not to work then there is i bigger problem that can't be fixed by you
