This is an erroneous error. The Toshiba doesn't understand the file system on the USB Memory Stick and/or how to process the PDF file. You can't 'reboot the computer', because there isn't one. Load the PDF file _to_ a computer and print from there. The will normally print documents or images from USB stick. On a computer when you open the PDF file, you are actually printing an image.
I'm guessing you mean that the player won't open so you can take out the cd and turn it upside up. This method will work even with the CD player's power off.
Get yourself a paper clip, regular size, not a large one. Straighten out one end of it so it sticks out straight.
Get a bright light and look at the front of the CD player carefully. You will see a tiny hole just the right size for your straightened-out paperclip to fit. Stick the straight end into the hole and press. The CD tray should slide out, allowing you to turn the CD over. Hope this helps
Open up a paperclip so you have a couple of inches of straight wire. Take the USB stick out if possible. Find the little hole on the cd tray and gently push the paperclip in there, straight in. With luck, it'll click, and the CD drawer will open a lilbit, enough that you can grab it and gently pull it out. Do what you need to do, then close the drawer and put the USB stick back. The keyword here is GENTLY, use only as much force as you must to get the drawer open. Be careful, but they're made with this unlocking feature for a reason. Good luck!
1. The TV and drive may not be compatible with each other.
2. The formatting of the drive could be the problem. The USB memory stick would be formatted as FAT32, but the Iomega drive would have been formatted as NTFS. Maybe the TV can only read drives formatted as FAT32 and not NTFS.
This could solve problem 1. Select Menu, Set-Up, Help. 2. Press the Green button on the remote control. 3. This shows the Advanced Information screen. 4. Now press the Blue button which will prompt you with a warning box. 5. Now press the Green button if you wish to proceed. 6. The DTR will take around a minute to complete the reformat, and will then automatically restart itself. Next do a channel rescan.
Plug it into another computer if possible, clear ALL files on it. You must of been sending something to it when you flicked the switch, they would normally go off straight away.
(Backup on the other computer first)
If this does not work then you may want to see if you can see a usb stick in your USB ports. If you can it's a fault with the harddrive, nothing else you can do.
To salvage the pictures you could just use a memory card reader. As for the camera itself I cannot say, but by your description it doesn't sound promising.
