You can check the following things in your washer:

1. Is the washer door or lid closed?
a. If yes, does it filled with water?
b. if no: Please contact the manufacturer to replace the door latch.
And if it is not filling properly then there is a water supply issues like: hot or cold faucets closed or not open completely, hot and cold hoses reversed, kinked or pinched fill hoses, plugged inlet screens or insufficient water pressure

That is the main bearing worn with so much play that a heavy load will stop it going around and normal wash will grind from time to time.
Bosch use very well made bearing so you might get more out of it before the bearing crashes completely.

I have wfmc2100uc the motor does not spin.I tested it and its in the ohms range. I plug it back in and it has 145v going to it but it doesn't work is this the right voltage
No should be no more than 120 vac.might have something caught in drum causing in to be locked up try spinning the drum by hand with unit unplugged.if it spins and motor spins with it belt should be looked at if it is in good shape and tight check you settings switch draw picture of wire locations for a reference later.unplug all wires with unit still unplugged of course ohm out settings if it is good than motor is in need of replacement.

Won't wash
You need to check and replace the brushes in the motor if they are less than 3 or 4mm long.
Access is usually from underneath the washer, this means laying it on its side.
