Sorry to say it but if your computer no longer recognizes your player, it is most likely dead. Try Philips support for warranty.

Naw thats a lie its not dead it happened to me before go to the philips device manager and click repair try to restart it and click the back button until it recognizes it you may have to do this more than once.
