Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller
You need to go into the options menu, and change your controller configuration to "Normal" or "Non-inverted" view. The two ways to control looking up and down in a game are usually called "Normal" and "Inverted". Normal goes up with you push up. Inverted... well it's inverted. You look down when you push up. There are some people that like the inverted system. I personally don't agree with the logic, but most FPS games have the option.
I got into an arguement with a game developer once about it, and he said that it makes more sense to look down when you push up - like a stick on an airplane. It's like pretending that you have a stick coming out of the back of your head, and your skull is the fulcrum. I argued that if it made more sense that way, they wouldn't call it "inverted".
