Magic jack contact number

First is your internet connection working Ok? If so then unplug and remove any software from your machine. Next plug it back in. It should act as a new install. Lucky you upgrade then should come up. If not go to http://mjcheck.low.li/ and download the firmware. It will have to restart but should work after that. If not repost. good luck.

I have majid jack I want to re new it please help me

Hi Firdouse,
I just had to do this yesterday:)
First you need to login to the Magic Jack account. www.magicjack.com
Go to the (Phone Numbers) tab
In the menu, you will see (View-Renew-Add), select that.
When the Magic Jack Devices screen shows, you will see a column that says (Device Status).
Under that column you will see the date it expires and (Add Years). Select (Add Years).
It will then give you the option to renew your subscription for 1-5 years.
Thanks, Hope this helps.

go online to renew it. How much stuff is running on the computer? it need processing power to run, most computer have way to much junk running but no being used on there computers. Did you take it on an other computer? If it works better on an other computer get a older computer just to run Magic Jack Also you need bandwidth if you in an area that a lot of people are online the sometime you usable bandwidth is smaller and can couse bad sounding and drop calls try in an other location or at a different time. Hope it can help
