Question about Polaroid FLM-3734B 37 in. LCD HDTV
I fixed my problem for $3.44 at Radio Shack.
This is a common problem with this model.. go to you tube and search for polaroid 37 lcd repair, there is a video showing which Capacitors to replace. there are two, i bought 2 1000uF 35 watt/volt capacitors. you have to take the back panel of the TV off, remove the power supply board, and de-solder the two CAPS. install the two new CAPS, re-solder them, put the TV back together and enjoy. Radio Shack part #'s i used 272-1032.

Also look for the caps to have a slight dome appearence to them is a sure sign that their blown
