That's interesting.
Well, the video card in the link can just run off of the motherboard.
Since it's an older model, it should run fine. Depending on your computer.
I'm not too sure of your original question. Is your card not working?

Is p4c800 deluxe compatible with an nvidia geforce gtx 550 ti (1 Gb)?

The Asus P4C800 Deluxe motherboard uses an AGP expansion slot, for a graphics card, Jorgito.

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_478/P4C800_Deluxe/#specifications

The Nvidia GeForce GTX 550ti graphics card is a PCI Express graphics card. Uses a PCI Express x16 expansion slot,

No sir, is the answer.

A) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AGP

B) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express

You need an AGP 8X graphics card.
Here is but one example,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161337

You also need to look at what your Power Supply maximum rated Wattage is. Then look at the system requirements for the graphics card, and see what the -> MINIMUM power supply requirement is.

For the above graphics card it is 400 Watts, OR greater.

I want sound and chipset drivers

Is this your board?
http://www.netessentials.ph/products/viewproduct.asp?productid=649
The Radeon X300 has been archived but you can try driver here:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Legacy/Pages/radeonaiw_vista32.aspx?type=2.4.1&product=2.4.1.3.13&lang=English
You have Realtek audio so you can try that here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/DOWNLOADS/downloadsCheck.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
If worst come to worst, you can try to upgrade to a sound/graphics card. You have a PCIe x 16 slot. The HD Radeon graphics cards will provide sound ang graphics using ATI's DVI to HDMI adaptor:
http://www.txcesssurplus.com/servlet/Categories
If you were to upgrade you wuld have to pay attention to the requirements of the card:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129091
This would work for you, it does require a 300w power supply however. There are video and sound cards available also, you would have to make sure you could fit both into your tower or use a USB sound card.
Good luck,
Dave

Graphics card compatibility

That mobo is here"
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138090

It says it has a PCIe x16 slot, so really good graphics cards running on PCIe x16 will work on it.

This is a list of the PCI express x16 cards you can buy:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010380048%201069609641&name=PCI%20Express%20x16

Generally the more they cost the better the performance but that is another story =)

If you wanna to hit me up with your full PC specs of CPU, RAM, Windows version, etc, i could recommend cards for certain games.

It also has PCI so older and less powerful PCI cards can likely be used.

Compatible video card?

your motherboard will support a 16x PCIe graphics card. check out this site for some reviews and samples-

http://www.itreviews.co.uk/hardware/h729.htm

you can also check out nvidia.com and amd.com for ATI products.

in general the more ram the card has (256, 512, 1024) the better the graphics capabilities.
