Re: My cell phone cannot get calls or call out.

Remove the attery, wait 30 seconds, and replace it. That should fix your problem.

How to hide my phone number when dialling or receiving calls

Dial *67 from the united states to block your number on outgoing calls. For example, if you wanted to block your number before calling 111-222-1212, you would dial *671112221212.
If someone is calling you then... they already have your number. Nothing you can do about that :)

To use the code, just simply dial the number and press okay and it will ask for a code to continue. The default is 12345. Take note: Be sure to back-up all the contacts of your phone. Don't forget to rate me ok. Thanks..:-)

I cannot dial calls from contacts as +1 appears before most calls

Depending on where you are this may be OK. If you are in the US and are dialing to a US number it will work. Mobile phone systems understand about internationl numbers and the + symbol is the international access code and 1 would be US so it will work. The calls will connect as normal. If you're not in the US you haven't set up your country settings properly

Dials in my pocket

alright go to the menu then press 9 and 6 two times from the internal keypad it will ask for the unlock code now unless you have read the manual (who does) you dont know that its the last four digits of your phone number(if the phone has service which i assume it does) and press 4 to lock the phone. Now from any menu (interior and exterior) the phone can do nothing but call your ice contacts (who i suggest setting to the people you call the most to avoid having to unlock then relock the phone every time you need to call them) unless you put in the last four digits of your phone number (this code can be changed from the same menu you press 9 6 6 to get to) Glad i could help

Envy 2 dials phone numbers accidentally- need to set key guard

On the front keypad, press the ok button until you have the option to select contact list. Scroll down that list until you see keyguard settings. Press ok to enter keyguard settings and then go to option 2 - unlock options. Select two step unlock. This will force the user to press "ok" and then "clr" in order to dial out. This has resolved the problem for me...Good luck.
