Replaced ignition module, e04 error code, now flashes once

We just replaced the ignition module and are getting an e04 error code which is airflow. Also there is one flash on the new ignition module which indicates fan failure. Also on the inner side of the digital display the tfuse light is lit up. Any help would be grealy appreciated

We are questioning the fan. It doesn't want to start on its own, but when helped, it runs. Could this still be the issue? Thank you.

Sounds like the fan motor may have finally died. Have you noticed the fan not running or running poorly on it? Motors eventually die and since it's not working anymore, the power going to it is setting off the code and the light you mentioned. Let me know how this turns out.

Yeah, the fan motor is bad and should be replaced or its not getting enough voltage, most likely bad. You could try cleaning the whole unit first and seeing if that helps but if not, then replace the motor.

I have a 2000 Mercedes SL500. Cluster is flashing 'start error' and I have a P1570 code. Engine cranks but won't start. Starter has an abbreviated spin time too

code p1570 refers to ignition switch control module/ECM-attempted theft/data bus/not compatible ===causes --wiring--connections--trouble codes stored in other system--ignition switch control module---ECM
If this is a recent problem I would suggest that the ignition switch module be checked/replaced.

E04 minimax error code

Since you said you replaced the fan, and flow valve. Did you re-install the pressure switch correctly? it will look something like attached image. This is more than likely the cause if you did not replace with the fan or reinstall correctly... or it might have been the cause in the first place...

Hello, it sounds like your Furnace might be shutting off due to your high limit switch.A limit switch will open when the furnace overheats due to low airflow, . check air filter, clean blower wheel, and check to make sure the blower wheel is running at proper speed and not dragging sometimes cause by a weak capacitor. Anything that restricts airflow will cause a limit switch to open.

clear the codes run engine and see what codes come back up egr valve that could just need a clean, ignition coil and module that could be just because of the egr valve, misfiring could be the spark plug or lead on number 3, check clean all spark plugs, check clean or replace the air filter and check for vacume leaks.

Module replaced, 2 uses later ignitor burned out, replaced ignitor, module burned out ...to the tune of 400.00, 3 service calls and are now looking at 200.00 more...now what?

If I understand your situation, you have already replaced the Module once, then the Igniter went out, so you replaced that, and now the Module is not working again. If this is correct, I would call the servicer and have them come out and see what they did wrong, Modules do not go bad in just a couple of uses.

I am not sure if you have any error codes, or know about the diagnostic lights on the back of the Digital Display panel, but I would first try and reset the heater. To do this you will need to turn OFF the heater by opening the right hand side door and turning the POWER toggle switch to OFF. Then find the circuit breaker that goes with the heater and flip that off. Wait between 15 and 20 minutes, then reverse the order. Circuit breaker on, heater on, then try and start the heater.

Watch for any error codes, like EO5, the heaters computer will flash a series of start up "codes" like 888, do not worry about those. If the display comes up, check the water temp that it is reading compared to what the water temp is actually. If different, the problem could be the Thermister and not the Module.

If your standing facing the back of the machine, you will need to change the top right fan that cools the IH,power supp. there are two fans which need to be replaced, the other fan is behind the sc pcb but that will give a different error.
