Assuming that ur brand is a kenmore oven.....
I'm afraid F7 on that make of range usually indicates a problem in the control keypad in which case on your model the whole console panel usually needs to be replaced to correct the condition.

The digital display does not work i think the bulb has gone do you know how i can fix it easily?

"digital display's" do not use one bulb for illumination, usually a 7 segment LCD display is used. The entire display will have to be replaced, IF the display is at fault.

Oven temp lower than display shows maytag gas w/electronic controls 30 degress lower than display shows ignitor changed 7 days ago

Hi,

I would say that the igniter isn't faulty, this is an oven thermostat fault, replace the stat, and should be resolved.

I hope this helps.

What country are you in. This model does not show up in Kenmore USA
Perhaps you gave me the serial number by mistake, rather than the model number?

I need to disable my ovens auto shut off

The control is automatically set to turn off the oven after 12 hours baking or 3 hours broiling should you forget and leave the oven on. If you want to remvoe this feature do the following steps: 1. Press and hold, at the same time, the BAKE and BROIL buttons for 3 seconds, until the display shows "SF". 2. Press the DELAY START TIME button. The display shows "12Shdn" for 12 hour shut off. Press the DELAY START TIME button again. The display will show "no Shdn" for no shut off. 3. Press the START button.
