On the left hand side at the top, 3 slots, 2 sim card and 1 sd card slots!

SIM card is stuck in my tablet. How do I remove it?

Even when the SIM card is fully inserted you can usually see a small section which sticks out of the metal housing. You should be able to gently (but firmly) ease the SIM out using a large sewing needle or something similar.

the contact are, the gold bits should be faced down of the contacts area of your device. You should be guided by the shape of the sim slots as to orientation

You need to install a PDF reader. PDF is copyrighted format. If it is an android device start the Google Play app to install adobe reader.

When you open the screen do you get a notice that no sim fitted
if you do then get a micro sim card from a service shop or service provider shop
check settings for sim card
