Garbage disposal I currently have a 11 yr old 1/2 horse Badger that is leaking from the bottom of the disposal. I called tech support and they have no fixes other than replace. I am looking at a better disposal but the outlet to drain is 1" lower than I currently have. Does that make any difference in complexity or cost of installation? 1 horse has: Jam-Sensor Circuit automatically increases torque to break through tough jams AND Auto-Reverse grind system technology automatically reverses grind direction. Stainless Steel construction. Are these features worth the price? They gave me a 1/2 price coupon, and I checked at lowes it really is 1/2 price and free shipping. So is it better with a coupon to pay $70.00 for 1/2 horse with 4 yr warranty Galvanized construction or $170 for 1 horse with 7 year warranty, SS construction and the features above?
