Question about Denon Audio Players & Recorders
When I play the iPod on my Denon AVR 1610, the sound fades in and out and the screen on the unit reads ''no connection''. What's going on?
Bad cable most likely or a bad plug connector that the cable is hooking onto. First try a new cable, and then if that doesn't help, try a different ipod. If the new ipod works, the problem is in your ipod, if it doesn't then the unit has a problem in its audio circuitry and then I would probably take the unit to an audio shop for help if it isn't in warranty. Let me know how this turns out for you.

Tips for a great answer:
Aug 07, 2014 | Denon AVR-1803 Receiver
Aug 20, 2012 | Denon Avr-1312 Home Theater Av A/v...
Jun 23, 2011 | Audio Players & Recorders
Apr 11, 2011 | Denon AVR-1911 Receiver
Read it a little further, say, to the point that talks about SETTING it up correctly, which will help more than REsetting it to defaults.
I prefer electronic manuals for searching.
