My crosley record player comes with built in speaker, but static noises and buzzing noises keeps coming for the speakers, what do I do?

Quite often this can be due to the volume control rather than the speakers. What sort of noises due you get if you rotate the volume? Do the noises change and is there a particular setting of the control where the noises go away? If so this indicates the volume control. If not it may be the speakers.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya

Speakers are low, even with the volume turned all the way up

Please check that the amp has a Magnetic Cartridge Pre-amp built in. If it doesn't you need to buy one.

How to set up

these speakers are easy to setup. The two speakers are already connected to each other, and the out cable comes from the speaker with the power and volume. The subwoofer and power also connects to that speaker. you would liked to have had the second speaker have the ability to totally disconnect from the main speaker, and you would also have liked to have had a headphone jack built into one of the speakers. Besides that, these are very easy to use, press power, turn the volume to a desired level, pretty straightforward. thanxs

Speaker volume

This is a common complaint. The key to the diagnosis is that your MacBook is saying "Digital out, built-in output" instead of "Internal speakers, built-in output."
The output jack on this model supports both traditional and optical plugs. A mechanical sensor inside the jack tells it which is inserted. The problem is that the jack is somewhat fragile, and some plugs can nudge the sensor out of position, in which case it thinks an optical plug is permanently inserted.
If one has great repair skill, one can sometimes jiggle the connector back into position with a small pick (make sure the power is disconnected and the battery is out, if it is removable). Sometimes inserting a conventional plug into the jack several times will correct the condition. Otherwise, you should bring it in for repair and insist that it is a widely-encountered product defect.

Volume control does not work prperly. What causes erratic volume settings?

Dust in the rheostat (that part that controls the volume when you turn the volume from MIN to MAX); it's causing the control to be "non-linear".
Replace the computer-speakers, if you're talking about the volume-control built-in to the speakers.

Lowrance iway 500c no sound coming out of the speaker?any suggestions

Make sure that the volume wheel on the side of the speaker (built into the cig adapter) is turned up.

Make sure that the volume settings in the iWay 500 are up.

If that doesn't do it, then the speaker is probably bad. Replace the Cig Adapter power cable. If that doesn't do it, then the iWay 500 is bad (I think that would be a rare case).

No sound coming from speakers.

Did you run the audio cable from the computer to the monitor. If not you must have that for the speakers to work. If yes can you verify computer output with another pair of speakers to narrow it down to computer or monitor. If it is the monitor built in speakers that are the problem reply and we can go through a procedure to get them working.
