What is the problem with my amplifier? How can I fix that sound? Also my guitar is not connecting to any amp or electric tuner. I wonder if it is a problem with my amp or guitar? Also my input jack had...

Try different guitars, cables, and amps, but its probably the cable. If ur amp does that with all cables, its a problem with the female jack in the amp.

How do you use the mixer with a regular combo amp and stereo mic cable?

This is not hard to do, but it will require some adapters. Hosa company makes adapters to accomplish this. For example, if your Stereo mic has "1/4 inch male phone plugs" Hosa makes and adapter that has 1/4 inch female plug to Male XLR connectors. The Mackie, and just about every mixer in the world these days has Female XLR connectors for it's microphone inputs. So that will handle tha.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "combo" amp. If it has XLR inputs you can use Tip Ring Sleve male output jacks to the output. If your amp as conventional 1/4 inch female input jacks. Than a simple
1/4 inch Male to Male Guitar Cable will work fine. DON'T USE A SPEAKER CABLE as it is uninsulated and you will get 60Hz hum.
I hope this helps,
That looks like a great quality mixer you have!
Happy New Year,
Mark

No sound on base guitar

both the red and white plugs have to be plugged into your tv. If your TV doesn't have 2 audio inputs, then you just need a $3.00 "Y" cord from radioshack and then you wil hear it. Bring in your cord with you and tell the cashier you need a Y cord with 2 females and 1 male.

I cant hook up mic and guitar same time

get a 1/8" stereo to mono splitter from radio shack or the like. it should have 1 1/8"male end, and two female ends, you could possibly get a 1/8" male with 2 1/4" female connectors, or use an all 1/4 inch adapter, with a 14/ to 1/8 adapter on the male end.

this should divide the guitar and vocals into left and right channels.
