Fuse box is under the hood. Black box about 11" x 8" Should say FUSES on top. top comes off and fuses and relays are inside. #61 is power seat fuse . Map of Fuse and relay numbers is on inside of top cover.

Should be under passenger side of dash...may have to remove a cover.Check fuse for "blower" in the underhood fuse panel first before replacing.

The fuse box cover has numbers that indicate where the individual fuses are located in the fuse box

look for a 20amp fuse labeled cig lighter or check for power at the battery hot terminal on the fuse block their will be several and they take a special terminal contact your hummer dealer for any terminals you may need

Replace the PCM fuse located under the hood in the fuse box. Sounds crazy but mine wasn't blown, took it to the dealer and they replaced my "good" fuse with a new one and everything worked again.
