Screen is not touch responsive any ideas tried reset still no good

Digitizer is bad. This is what translate your touch so the tablet knows what you are doing. Most tablets can have them replaced however it may not be cost effective to do so.

Its' flexible wire may have been disconnected from board. You need to see technician to reconnect it or worst replace it. Hope this helps.

The Kindle touch are great devices for you reading needs. However, there are times when it becomes unresponsive and freeze on you. Amazon says it is because the battery isn't charged properly or does not have enough power on it. It is advisable to charge your battery first before trying to reset the Kindle touch/Fire. • Make sure the Kindle is turned ON.
• Press the Power button for 20-30 seconds until it turns OFF.

Some things you have to be very gentle with, some things are fragile.

I'm not an expert on those but I don't believe that is repairable as it is a sensitive electronic component on the circuit board that is solder on it and so tiny you cant fix it.

While some of the cheaper tabs (Colby, Panasonic, etc.) can be a good starter tablet for kids, they usually have higher defect rates, break down faster, and are are returned more often than better brands such as Samsung, Google, Nook, etc. For $50-$75 more you can get a more reliable and responsive tablet.

Yes my child has forgot the pass code for his click n kids tablet 7" captivate multi-touch tablet and someone else set this up for us and we no longer talk so I can't get any help can you please help me
