I put it a new main board panel BA37U0G0401 2. Before i put it in my tv would not turn on and now that i put it in my tv turns on but has a black screen. The flashlight test does not show anything and my remote only turns the tv on and off
Powerboard /backlight inverterboard try only to re-solder the board on the points where you can see where a kind of things like tubular rivets are used in the print for some components.
Philips has much models (not all but can be) that type compounds are also used with line transformers in earlier time and that was also the case of interruption in Horizontal flyback .
The powerboard is not green colored but brown phenol paper print and is a total old fashion technical concept for 20 years lookalike. but in most cases there are no bad components to found.

Symptoms of a Defective or dying Power supplies on LCD TVs.
1. Light(s) on the front panel are behaving not normal example, blinking, amber color or
not steady, fainting, etc.
2. TV not turning ON properly.
3. TV turns OFF by itself.
4. Needs to be unplug to many times to make it work.
5. Humming or high pitch noise heard through speakers or at the back of the TV.

It looks as if the backlights are being switched off at start up, this will be due to a fault either with the inverter board or a fault with the screens backlights which would mean the screen needing replaced. Contact your repair centre to have an engineer give you an estimate on the cost of repair.

This is the best solution for your problem as a 40 year experience with wires etc. Go to the source of your cable signal connector . Open it and clean the terminals with emery paper , sand the end of the cable shiny clean from corrosion , get a new barrel connectors with gold terminals if possible lengthen the ends of the cable , insert and tighten good, use thick rg-16 or rg 40 cable with good insulation ends crimped professionally with a crimpier or buy ready made , not from dollar store. Get a gold plated professional splitter if you need one or two , it will cost about 15 or more each . Make the cable runs as short as possible, using the thick good cables. If needed get a signal magnifier. From radio shack or the source etc. Connect them good and tight . Ground the splitters . Problem solved , you will get crystal clear channel 2 to 7 including 3 and 4 . Isolate the TV cable from other cables and power wires. Vitally

sounds like you needed to replace your video fuse before anything normally if you have video but no sound its an audio fuse and vica versa if for some reason both were out I would say your in need of a new power supply I would suggest replacing the fuse and if it still does not work contacting a service tech to run a diagnostic to see what exact part or maintenance you need
