the clicking noise will be a relay working so find it by feel and you will have the problem source. You will then have to find out why the circuit to the relay is intermittent to cause the clicking
you have a bad temp sender,if this does not solve the rough idle than you have multiple issues and your idle control valve is not functioning properly try removing and cleaning it.its also referred to as IAC (intake air control)
It is most likely you wheel alignment (costs about 20 bucks to have your wheels aligned) or try checking the tire Pressure to make sure they're all even maybe hope this helps
Could be a wiring problem or plug problem, which should be checked first. If they have been changed, it could be a cam lobe bad...worse case, least likely.
You need to determine why the fan is on (stuck relay, bad sensor etc.) If it remains on, the computer keeps engine controls in "cold-start" mode and will not operate properly. (re-check codes after the fan works right.)
