Question about Schlage B362 619 KA4 Dbl Cyl Deadbolt Per 004 Ea

1 Answer

The bolt would not turn so I unscrewed the back thinking I could get the bolt out by pulling it out. However, its not moving. Is something holding it up or should I supply more force.

The bolt may be bound against the side of the frame plate. If both sides are off the deadbolt, use a flat blade screw driver to turn the lock to the unlocked position while turning the knob and jiggling the door. If the key simply does not turn, the cap nut around the cylinder needs to be tightened. It should be tightened all the way, then loosened until the pin is in the first notch back.

Remove Rear Seat

Fold the top of the back seat down. My 1990 civic lx has a place to put your key at the top to release the seat. Remove the trunk carpet from the seat back by pulling out the plastic screws. Remove 2 bolts (10 mm) on each side holding the seat on a bracket. The top part of the seat should now slide out. Once you get the top part of the seat out, a bolt should be exposed just to the right of the center of the seat bottom attaching it to the floor. Unscrew the bolt. Now tip the seat bottom up and forward. There are two hooks to the front of the seat bottom. You will have to move the seat back and forth a few times to unhook them and then pull the hooks out of the slots on the floor.

How to release dremel tip .already got screw it wont release

Press release button and hold down while unscrewing bolt. Continue to hold button and unscrew bolt until tip is loose enough to pull out if it still won't come out unscrew all the way, take bolt off and pull out tip with channel locks. It just got jammed in when tightening because diameter is probably a little wider

How to open super jolly's base plate

  1. Disassemble the plastic container and douser cover
  2. Disassemble uper burr holder and take out 3 springs too.
  3. Disassemble the legs of grinder and bottom plate
  4. Disassemble the wires and swich(before disassembling be sure that you marked each wire)
  5. Unscrew the bottom plate of electro motor (2 screws you live just released)
  6. Take one METRIC BOLT M8 30 mm length and screw it in middle of bottom plate(it will pull the plate out slowly)
  7. Block the lower burr holder and unscrew the bolt in it. Instead that bolt you put one longer bolt (3-4cm longer)
  8. You stabilize the base of grinder and start to hit with hammer the bolt, each hitting will pull it bit down, you should move it 12 mm lower to get it out.
  9. Once when you have it out you can also change the bearings at your grinder not only revising the lower plate.
PS: Carefully with the pin in axis, it comes out easy, also it goes through bearing with rotor together. - I think i prescribed all stages of demoting the grinder motor(except windings) if you go for mounting with this manual only back ways i think you will succeed to put it back in function.

Blade nut is stuck and will not move to unscrew. Have tried everything I can think of.

Make sure that you are turning the screw in the correct direction. They are reverse thread. Sometimes the blade lock button either wears out or just does not hold very well. Have you tried to cut into a board, then while the blade is in the kerf of the cut, remove the battery and then try to use the wood to help hold the blade while turning the screw. If you have a bench vise, this will also help hold the blade while trying to remove the bolt. If you have a small torch, like the one a plumber may use, you can try to heat the bolt first. The bolt should shrink a bit to help it back out. If you use this method, be very careful to not melt any plastic or burn yourself, they get very hot.

How do u take apart a spyder emarker paintball gun

on the back left of the gun there is a little bolt type thing there, you pull that out while holding on to the round knob in the back. pull that out and then pull on the t bar like your going to **** the gun.(after that i normally put a squeegee through the front and push so that the bolt and striker can come out) i think that in order to get the t bar out you have to take off the sight rail and unscrew the piece underneath.( i would suggest that you don't mess with that unless you really have to

Tryiing to replace motor cannot get diffuser and seal plate free how do they come apart

First remove bolts holding motor to wet end. Pull motor back and out of wet end. Diffuser should just fall off. Not held by anything, there are just some locating tabs. Next, unscrew impeller. Some impellers may have a screw holding it on to center shaft. If so, unscrew.(Backwards thread). Remove back cover on motor and hold centershaft with large screwdriver or wrench on flat of shaft. Unscrew impeller. Next, unscrew 4 bolts holding motor to seal plate.

How do you pull apart a pool pump to replace the bearing onga pomp

Assuming the pump is at your working table, do the ff;
1.Unscrew the bolts holding the pump case.
2. Take the impeller and the mechanical seal off the
pump shaft.
3. Now you can take the motor off the pump by
unscrewing the bolts holding the motor and pump.
4. Then, you can dismantle the motor by unscrewing
the four long bolts holding it.
5. Take the back plate off and the centrifugal switch
on the shaft. Mark the original location.
6. Now, you can pull the rotor out, by a slight force
at the back plate side of the motor shaft. Note
that the front plate hold the bearing is bolted.
The front plate goes out with the rotor.
7, Now you can change the motor bearings.
To reassemble, the procedure is the reverse of what you just done. Send your e-mail for further assistance.

Washer Adgitator

To answer your question, both. It could be the reason as your washer agitates, it is moving back and forth in short increments. This can cause the bolt to back out. However, the rubber washer is not the only thing to hold the bolt in. When the bolts are installed in the factory (and also replacment bolts from the manufactuer) they come not only with a rubber seal that helps keep the bolt from turning, but also the shaft of the bolt is coated in a thread-loc substance. I would recomend adding some thread lock to it (availible in hardware stores, auto parts stores, and even in wal-mart). If your bolt still persists in coming out, I would visit my local appliance parts store with my model number (located under the lid towards the rear) and purchase a replacment agitator bolt. These are fairly inexpensive. It will come with fresh thread, thread -loc and a new rubber washer, all of which will help to hold it in correctly. If you have any more troubles, send me a message back.
