Pin code cant open

There's no way to fix this, hence having a pin in the first place.

You need to use the PC companion suite to wipe the phone and install the system from scratch.

You can still access the memory card by removing it and using an sd card adapter allowing you to take off any data you need. (hopefully you do regular backups and the relevant file/s will be on your memory car, ie tel/numbers and contacts/emails etc, so when you restore your phone you can import everything back onto the clean system).

What is puk2 and pin2 code,,,i hav samsung c5212,if u know anything abt it plz reply immediately,,,

PIN (Personal Identity Number) is a 4-8 digit access code which can be used to secure your telephone from use.

PIN2 (Personal Identity Number 2) is a 4-8 digit access code which can be used to access the priority number memory and cost of calls.

The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) and PUK2 are used to unlock the PIN and PIN 2 codes respectively if your SIM card is blocked.

When turning phone on it is asking for a PUK code? I put in 0000 and then it asks for a PIN number which I enter my old PIN in but it does not allow me access. Phone has been working fine, but now wants...

To get your PUK code you need to call your network provider. tell them your mobile number and they will tell you your PUK code.

Your PUK code is not 0000. Your phone is asking for the PUK code because the PIN number has been entered incorrectly three times.

PUK Number for 6500 slide

Hello,

A PUK code is a SIM card code which is used to unlock the PIN code.

This code is used on the SIM card, and not the phone.
The PIN allows you access to your SIM through your phone.
Only your network provider can provide you with your PIN and PUK codes.

Contact your network service provider customer care and they will provide you with your PUK code for free.

Thank you for using Fixya,
Kenneth.

Need PUK code for LG NEON. Where do i get it?

Hi there and welcome here,

Normally you get the PUK code togetther with the SIM card. The PUK code is used to access the phone if the PIN code is forgotten. The PUK code is a long number. The PUK code normally writhed in the same place as the PIN code

Normally you can also access this number through your phone provider/ call provider

Hope that helps
IF NOT then try to return here

Have a nice time over there

Programming extensions

By default a TDA user has access to the first 9 programs in the Basic Programming (000-009). It lets you set things like date and time, speed calls, extension name, number and PIN code, and operator extensions.

Access to the programming is from an allowed phone by PROG **1234. You may have to consult your installer/dealer to find out which phone does that, but generally it's the operator.

I saw your reply phone lock

Your pin number is probably your sim code!
Check PUK
SIM pin code:
This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even if your sim is put into another handset. To reset it, you need the PUK code:
Pin Unlock Code (PUK)
If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled.
Phone Security Code:
This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code:
Master Reset Code
Sometimes known as the Master Code, this allows you to unlock a handset if you have entered the Security Code wrongly too many times.
Are you sure it’s the Master code you need. Which is the one that you want?
Special Code/Service Provider Lock Code:
This code is required to allow a phone locked to a particular network's SIM cards to be used with a SIM card from another network. Orange and T-mobile lock handsets in this way, though O2 and Vodafone are beginning to lock PAYG and WAP handsets. The unlock code varies from individual handset to handset.
Blacklisting:
This is not a security code, but it works like one! To help combat mobile phone thefts, the networks share a database of the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of mobile phones that have been reported stolen. Once a phone is on this list, it will not be allowed to use any of the networks.
This can be a risk if you buy a second-hand phone, because if it has been stolen, or if an unscrupulous seller makes an insurance claim after selling, the phone you bought in good faith may be permanently disabled.
Be very careful to check the source of a second-hand phone!
Voicemail Pin:
This is a code that you choose to secure the voicemail/answer phone service on your mobile phone account.
If you do not set a voicemail PIN, you may not be able to access voicemail from anywhere but your own mobile phone. In some cases, leaving the voicemail PIN at the default can let other people listen to or delete messages left for you. There may be a default code (3333 on Vodafone), but you should change it straight away!
