The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

How 2 upgrade

It depends what firmware you are trying to upgrade to. If you want to install custom firmware on your PSP, check this YouTube channel:
http://www.youtube.com/user/ubeenstryked
If you want to install official firmware, you can find a list of downloads here: http://downloads.exophase.com/category/psp-official-firmware/
When you select the firmware you want to install, download it. You will get a .zip file with a file inside called EBOOT.PBP. Follow these steps to update:
1.) Connect your PSP to your PC. 2.) Open the PSP folder and then the GAME folder. 3.) Right click INSIDE the GAME folder, and click New Folder 4.) Name the new folder UPDATE 5.) Place the EBOOT.PBP file you downloaded into the UPDATE folder. 6.) Disconnect your PSP from your computer, and select the MEMORY STICK ICON in the GAME section. 7.) Find the PSP Update Version.. and run it, complete the on screen steps to install the new firmware.

How do i download free psp go games

Like many others who had purchased original PSP games from the retail outlets, you will realize that as the games is completed, buying new games seem to be getting expensive and unaffordable. What else can I do if I want to continue to play new or old fashioned games on my PSP console? I start search and looking for website that offers free PSP download games.

Once I had downloaded the PSP games onto my console, how to play PSP download games was my next question. I'm not sure exactly how PSP works when I download new PSP games onto the unit, but I sure have found some answers while I was looking for it. Since I'm facing and struggling with this problem on how to play PSP download games on my unit, lots of other people must be also getting the same problem.

Hope that I get this right for everyone to play PSP download games because I used the same method here to play on my console. Before we get started, I'm using a PSP unit with firmware of 1.5 and having a Sony PSP compatible memory stick pro duo.

Since you are going to download the PSP games, you must download the games for the correct version of firmware, if not it will not work. Newer version of the firmware is available to anyone from the PSP official website. Most homebrew PSP games works with firmware 1.5 and below because the newer firmware upgrade is trying to block people from using homebrew games. Make sure the games you are downloading ends with PSP because only PSP files are compatible with Sony PSP unit.
instruction
  • Once the PSP games are downloaded, connect the PSP to your computer by using the USB cable that comes with the PSP console. Change your PSP console into PSP mode by pressing the "Home" button. Next scroll left to the "Setting" column and scroll down until "USB Connection". Press "X" button to enter PSP into USB mode.
  • To download the PSP games into your console, the games must be copied and downloaded onto the correct folder in order for the games to work. And the correct path is PSP > GAME in order for the any PSP games to work correctly. If the "PSP" and "GAME" folder does not exist on your PSP memory stick, you need to manually create the folder with folder name in ALL CAPS.
  • Once you have finished downloading or transferring the games onto the PSP memory stick, you can disconnect your PSP from the computer. From the PSP console main menu, scroll over to the "GAME" column on your Sony PSP and continue to scroll down on the memory stick. Press "X" and a list of game files will be displayed. Scroll downward and you will be able to see the games you have just installed.
  • Press "X" again to confirm your selection and play the PSP games. I had tried to practice the steps above many times in my PSP and it worked all the time. Hopefully it will also work for your console too.

Hi, firmware installed in my psp is 3.17.i need to download games for it.whether this firmware is enough or another one is needed.and also help me for downloading free psp games.

is that the sony official firmware or is it custom firmware also know as CFW. you will have to have cfw installed on your psp to be able to play downloaded games. on your psp go to SETTINGS> SYSTEM SETTINGS> SYSTEM INFORMATION in there after the system software it should read something like "5.00 m33-6" the m33 part is the important part. if it doesn't have that then more than likely your psp doesn't have cfw installed. another is the "genA"genB"or "genC" these are the more popular cfw out there. so get your psp with one of these firmwares and once done you'll have many options to go from there.

demonoid and pspiso are popular sites for games and tutorials.

How can i download free psp games?

There are many ways to obtain free psp games.

Try searching for the keyword "Free PSP Games" on the search engines and for sure bunch of results will come up one of them is my favorite which is Full PSP Games Free Download

Please take note that your PSP should be on Custom Firmware before you will be able to play the games. You may ask what a custom firmware is. Well it will be a long story but to give you a quick idea.It is the software or the system that run's the device like an Operating System of a typical computer e.g. Windows XP that is designed for the PSP Console only.

When you buy a PSP it is preloaded with a Sony Official Firmware where playing saved games downloaded anywhere on the internet is not possible and you should be aware that it is illegal doing so. But if you really want to know then I will give as much idea as I can but I again it is illegal and I should not be held responsible for any act of misuse of the information provided here this is solely intended for information purposes only.

There are requirements for you to be able to play Free PSP Games on your PSP.

    1. Your PSP should be hackable - this means your PSP should not be one of those PSP 2000 with TA088v3 motherboards, PSP 3000, and PSP go - (you can download games with this device but not for free)
    2. For PSP 2000 with TA088v3 and PSP 3000 there is a solution but another requirement is needed where the default firmware should be 5.03 above that no chance of playing saved games.
    3. If you've met those requirements we are good to go. If not then there is no sense to continue reading.
    4. Assuming you have a PSP 2000 w/ TA088v3 motherboard and on 5.03 Official Firmware or a PSP 3000 with 5.03 OFW

    The files you need:
    ChickHEN R3
5.03 MHU Custom Firmware Enabler 3.70

My psp cannot read downloadable games!!!!

Do you have a rock band unplugged .iso? If so, it has copyright protection, and deletes your game folder so that the games disappear. To stop this put anything into your GAME folder.

The only way to get downloaded PSP games to work is to have custom firmware. Custom Firmware also dont brick your PSP unless you interrupt your PSP while upgrading your PSP.
