Had the same problem after cleaning the rollers also. Technical help was rubish. In the end I found some clues n fixed it. There is a flag between the rollers n if it gets stuck and or in my case the spring behind it came off, then the sensor thinks there is a constant paper jam. Undo one screw and get inside n check the spring n flag. I done this. placed sping etc back in place, put it all back together n bingo. Be carefull not to drop the screw inside and make sure the cog is properly engaged or you will get a funny noise. I can provide pics etc if needed.

Regarding your actual paper jam problem, solution #1 may do the trick.

Depending on exactly which rollers you cleaned with 409, you may have permanently damaged them. Most of the rollers work with a rubber coating, some with an additional oil coating, and some with a thin coating of dried chemicals. 409 does a good job of removing oils and chemicals and may dry out certain types of rubber or synthetic rubber, causing them to slip, crack, or dry rot.

Keep a check on the rollers you cleaned. If you experience addtional problems, they will need to be replaced.

I have a minolta copier (Di1610fp). The feeder does not work. When a paper goes through half, it stops

Try cleaning the media rollers with 409 solution. The media feed rollers become dirty after a certain amount of prints. The toner is a wax based toner so excess wax gets on them after a while. Dirty media feed rollers can also cause image shifting problems. I hope this helps you.

MACHINE STOPS, SAYING IT A PAPER JAM.

I would try taking some cleaner such as fantastic or formula 409, remove the paper trays and clean the feed rolls then open covers and clean any rollers in the paper path.
You can also use rubbing alcohol, but a soapy cleaner tends to do better.

Constant paper jam at entrance to fusing roller after removal and reset

Look at the leading edge of the paper that jams. Is there any damage or small bends. If yes something in that area must be blocking the paper and causing the jam. Look very close with a flash light. Also clean the feed rollers with a cloth with water 409 or fantastic NO alcohol. Steven 805-520-3003

Oki C5500 printer keeps jamming

Open the tray and find yout imput roller. You can remove this roller and put it back on the other side. Normally this is caused because it is worn. The inside of the roller is like a new one.

Magicolor 2400w gives paper jam error at transfer roller, after I cleaned the printer -laser head.

My 2400W was standing a long time without being used, and when I wanted to use it, it made a very faint image and showed "paper jam at transfer roller". Also, the image stayed on the transfer belt, but never got transferred to the paper. I tried a lot of things, nothing worked, but the message from weirdal1968 above pointed me in the right direction.

I eventually scratched / scrubbed / cleaned the copper pad on the left side of the optical imaging drum - this copper pad probably receives the bias voltage for the imaging drum from a springy stainless steel wire. There was some visible darkening of the copper pad where the stainless steel wire touched, this is what I cleaned. And then, presto, problem solved - the image came out great, and no more "paper jam at transfer roller" error message.

Paper wont load

Check the feed rollers, (IF you do a alot of printing), the feed rollers are slick with paper dust, and are causing the jam, You can clean tyhem by taking out the paper, and clean the roller with a cloth rag and some 409 cleaner. scrub the feed roller to remove the paper dust, then let the rollers dry, then re load paper and begin printng

I print a publication so I print many copies within a few days. It says Paper Jam in tray area but I can see no paper, it makes a noise and never feeds the paper.

Some Laser printers require the paper to be loaded out of the **** on one side to work well. Flip your paper **** over and try loading the paper upside down. Sounds funny but may fix your issue. Also look at the type of paper you are using your printer may need a thicker or thinner paper (look at the manual). Clean the pickup rollers!

HP 2600n Ironing transfer paper jammed around top roller

It is probably stuck permanently, and the fuser will need to be replaced. I believe the "fuser replacement" instructions are in the manual.

Paper jam related to Maintenance Kit

I wonder if you got some of the silicon lubricant from the maintenance kit on the rollers.
Try taking some alcohol or a cleaner such as fantastic, 409 etc and throughly clean all the rollers in the paper tray and along that transport behind the door.
If it isn't getting out of the tray you may coincidently have a smoothe feed roller, if it is feedinf a couple of inches out of the tray and stopping in the lower rollers I suspect a slipping registration clutch. Removing the maintenance kit seems like an odd thing to start a jamming problem. As I said clean the rollers, I guess see if you happened to have gotten a chunk of ink in the paper path from the catch tray.
Is there any damage to the paper? And tears or dents in the page?
Let me know we can resolve the problem.

Paper jams

It sounds like you'll need new feed rollers.  I could find some part #s for you if you felt confident replacing them yourself.
