Question about Nintendo Video Game Consoles & Games
If this is with the cartridge in the down position, it is likely that the system and game connectors aren't properly aligned. This happens with most NES after a while so just keep popping the game in and out until it works. I've spent up to 5 mins to get it to work so keep trying. Also don't shake or move the console if you get it working. The slightest movement could throw it off. It's just the system showing its age.
