I went to start my laptop today and it won't boot up, it just keeps restarting over and over again. What can I do?

Sorry to tell you but those are signs that could be of a virus infected your os. With your recovery disk try to recover your important documents.

keep tapping F8 when starting, goto safe mode and restore your computer to the date when it was working.if you don`t get anything when you press F8 then time to reinstall your windows nothing can be done.
