Check the branch circuit of your convenience outlet..the circuit breaker may have tripped..try to connect other appliance to the outlet where your TV is connected..this is to ensure there's power in it..if you are certain then that there's indeed power from the outlet you are sure that the TV is not working..check TV fuse and replace if blown..check resistance between the plug terminals after fuse replacement..if resistance is low, change voltage dependent resistor (VDR) with same value..it is a disk type resistor that looks like a big ceramic capacitor located just after the fuse..either blue,black or red.blown fuse may be due to power surge during the night..
