I just bought an used printer and is printing USPS label 2" x 3" and I need 4" x 6" When printing a TEST everything is OK 4" x 6" When printing a label from Pay Pal I am getting a 2" x 3"

This can happen if you have the wrong dpi setup. For instance the 105sl can be either 203dpi or 300dpi. If your printhead is 300dpi and the label you create is expecting 203dpi, then you will see shrunken label. Your situation doesn't exactly sound like this is the case but it may be worth checking.

Welcome to the club. Been fighting this for almost a year. There is now a driver for vista available from Zebra to fix. I can now print 1 label from quick books. to print a second i have to restart computer and quick books. still searching for the answer.

Okay, it took me a while to discover this answer. The USPS label software looks at the actual NAME of your printer to determine what format to send it. (Yes, they should look at the capabilities or installed drivers or something, instead they look at the name. Yes, this is dumb.)
Anyway, your printer must be EXACTLY named "Zebra LP2844". If you like, I can post screenshots of what drivers I'm using and of the various settings, but after a LOT of trial and error, this seems to be the differing factor.
