While assembling a large printed circuit boards, one aspect to invest in is a wave soldering machine. As the process requires the soldering of multiple PCBs at once, using a wave soldering machine is a good decision to improve time keeping and reliability.

Indian market has seen a definite upswing in the demand for wave soldering machines. This is because the trend of soldering processes has caught on in the industry and the high demand is met with an enthusiastic supply at very affordable prices.

Benefits of Using a Wave Soldering Machine are Listed below

  • It is time friendly and allows for the soldering of multiple PCBs effectively during the assembly process.
  • It is more productive in terms of soldering quantity as it covers multiple joints at once.
  • It improves accuracy in the soldering process as temperature can be easily regulated to maintain a healthy flow of the solder.
  • It is easily accessible as the Indian market offers very reasonable prices and quick delivery for any soldering products that need to be purchased.
  • Finally, industries using wave soldering units have a competitive advantage both in terms of accuracy as well as productivity in terms of quantity and quality through the soldering process, if a wave soldering machine is used.

How do the full body scan machines work?

The two main types of scanners are "millimeter wave" and "backscatter" machines. Millimeter wave units send radio waves over a person and produce a three-dimensional image by measuring the energy reflected back. Backscatter machines use low-level X-rays to create a two-dimensional image of the body. Best Metal Detector Reviewsin 2017 List of The Top Selling Models

Reassembled my componet stereo but don't get sound from Tuner or Casset Tape Deck

It could be a bad interconnecting cable OR the fact that the connector inside the unit has broken solder joints. That is why these types of units that I have worked on often have many problem in that the wave soldering used in manufacturing is not made for a lot of abuse or thermal cycling. The problem can be solder by getting into the unit and applying the correct amount of solder onto the connector using good old Kester 44 not the cheap other stuff.

After 10 minutes the screen goes bizzarre in colorful patterns, and then freezes up then goes out. I can unplug the set and then it starts up again. Whats going on?

I've heard of a similar problem. The solution was to re-solder as many as possible all the solder
connections on the main board. These boards are soldered using a wave solder machine and lots of cold solder connections show up.
When the tv heats up, the joints separate.
Alternatively the main board could be replaced.

Need to upgrade graphics card

There is not a graphics card like in a desktop, there is a video chip & circuit. As a rule, laptop video circuits cannot be upgraded since they are a part of the motherboard which is flow solder. Flow or wave soldering technique is used in large scale electronic assembly to solder all the connections on a printed circuit board by moving the board over a wave of molten solder. As a result connections cannot be undone except at great expense, therefore replacing a video circuit is not feasible.

Laptops are not good at playing any kind of demanding graphics game. I'd buy a new desktop system with a high end stand alone video card to play graphic games.

I have a wave machine aprox 15 yrs old.If I manually spin the cd once or twice it will read and play but begins skipping on later tracks. Also volume control is sometimes problematic.Seems like it needs an...

Clean lense on cd pickup. Remove spin motor. Spray some WD40 in the bottom of the motor and connect 5 volts dc to motor and spin for a few seconds in both directions. The motor brushes need cleaned off. This works on most all cd players. Reinstall the motor. If this does not fix replace cd assy. Check solder connections on volume control. If ok replace control.I had one of these that i sold for $500.00 on Ebay. Even used there is a demand for this item.

Boiling waer under micro wave lots of steam into micro wave, turn on micro wave ,pop noise like glass miro wave comes on louder hum than normal no heat

Q - The microwave display counts down and the inside light is on,  but nothing is heating and the fan is not running.
A - This most commonly is a bad door switch, other possible problems are a faulty relay or solder joint on the power module, but a bad door switch is most common.
Q - My microwave is running and sounds like it is working but will not heat up anything.
A - Many thing can do this but, common things are....loose high voltage wire.....poor solder joint on board.....magnetron.....power relay.....
Q - The microwave makes a loud "hum or buzz" noise but will not heat up the food?
A - 9 times out of 10 this is usually this is a bad magnetron, the other time is sometimes a bad high voltage diode. See components section.

Bose wave radio signal fades in and out, cd stops and starts

i would check the power supply for bad solder joints or cracks in the traces on the printed circuit board, possible around the heaviest components (usually a transformer) or a loose connector. You can use the eraser end of a pencil to push on components to see if any of them cause the problem to manifest, and if so, turn off the power and reheat the solder connections to that component.

Door Lock

I took the motherboard out and searched around for the crack with a microscope, I found that every one of the relays had bad solder joints with micro-cracks around the legs. This did not happen due to wear or vibration. It was just a bad solder job on the factory wave solder machine. QC issue.
After re-soldering all the relays legs I have run the machine for a month now without any issue.
So there it is the final fix for the dreaded door lock F dl issue. and likely any other random issue.

Considering all power is good, check for broken or fractured solder joints at interconnects between display and main PCB on BWR-I.
Check cold solder joints on U302 and U301(IC302, IC301).

Good Luck.
