Hello, my xerox shows only this error: 09,006,41:3573. before it showed color stixs are fixed. i removed all the stixs. there was a broken black stix and i tried to remove everything. since that the printer starts normal but at the end he shows the error again. who can help me, please? if there still black parts inside, how can i remove it? thanks
You have to go into Diagnostics and reset the ISC (Ink Stick Count) faults. This is under the functions section of the diagnostic screen.
Hold down the "back" and "information" buttons while turning on the machine to get into the diagnostic mode. Wait till you see the diagnostic mode message in the screen before releasing the buttons. It may take as long as 7 or 8 minutes after you release the buttons for the diagnostic menu to come up.
Okay this is a common error.
The first three sets of numbers in the error code indicate that the magenta ink sticks are stuck in the ink loader. "Generic" ink sticks are famous for this the last set of numbers (3573) is your current page count.
If you fail to clear the jammed ink sticks and restart the printer, after the third attempt the machine will be locked into a service mode.
This means that until you go into the service diagnostics mode, and clear the Ink Sticks Error code your machine will be locked up.
To get into diagnostics mode, pull the power cord. Hold down the "Back and Help" while plugging the power cord back in.
Do not release the buttons until you see in the display "Entering Service Diagnostics" then "WAIT"
it may take up to 10 miniutes of the display being black before the Service Diagnostic menu comes up.
Scroll down to "Function Menu" then scroll to "ISC Faults" the select "Clear Faults" press okay. Do this twice.
Pull power cord, wait 10 seconds. Plug back in and let it go thru it's normal warm up.
Be prepared to do this frequently if you use generic ink.

Hi there
That's a ink loader error, due to the 8200 ink stick; to fix it:
- Power down the printer.
- Hold the back button and the info button at the same time, without letting go, power up the printer.
- Keep holding down the buttons until the XEROX logo comes fully to the center of the screen, keep holding for 2 more seconds, then let go. I'll take about a minute or two for the Diagnostic screen to come up, the display will turn blank and black.
- When the Diagnostic screen comes up go to down to the Function or Exercise option, there will be an option that says "clear ISC faults" it'll ask you to press OK to confirm, after you do then you will exit Diagnostics and the printer will reboot.
It should be fine until it happens again. Until all the 8200 ink is gone you will probably be doing this a few more times. Also make sure the 8200 ink is not jammed inside the ink loader, if it is then you have to un-jam it some how.
Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

That error code indicates a problem with the ink loader, 09.038 is the black chute. Make sure you are using genuine Xerox ink sticks and that the chute is clear of debris. Next enter Service Diagnostics mode by powering on the machine and hold the back and help buttons at the same time as it boots until it says it is beginning service mode. Once the menu is displayed, go to function, clear ISC Fault and press OK. If this hasn't fixed the problem you will need to replace the ink loader, part # 133K27771. You can buy one here. I will be making a video on how to replace this part later this week, if you need it let me know. - Steven

Errors beginning with 7,007 usually indicate the process motor. According to the service manual you should first inspect the drive gears for ink spills and inspect the wiring to the printhead. If you don't notice anything replace the process motor and gearbox (part# - 005K12670). You can order one here. After installation you need to home the process gears. Here is a video we made to show you how. If you need help installing the process motor I should have a video of that up later this month. Or give us a call for free technical support 1-800-367-4836.
Are there obstructions or spilled ink on the Wiper Blade, the Head Tilt Gear drive path, or under the Printhead?
Is the Waste Tray overfilled?
