Question about Epson Stylus CX4800 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have the same problem, the printer has been printing, with this cartridge, I went to print some work off today, but the printer can not recognise the cartridge.
The printer cartridge is full, I`ve shock the ink cartridge, tryed unpluging usb and electric, but had no joy
If you mean you have a chip resetter and have reset the chip when you say you've "shock the ink cartridge" then it sounds like the chip on the cartridge is damaged and can no longer be reset. To fix the problem you either need to get a replacement chip or a new cartridge.
