Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Green on/off button not working. Just HP logo in display box disp

The on/off button isn't working. Green light does not come on. The HP logo is the only thing showing in the display box.
I called HP and they guided me thru a trouble shooting session. In the end, the tech thought I had a defective Power module. I have attempted to locate the part locally but find I can only order it online. Since I'm not positive this is the problem, I am reluctant to order the part.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Open the printer and check the voltages at the power points. If they are present then power module is ok.

Vizio M261VP 26'' LCD TV no picture, logo does not light up

If the Vizio logo(power indicator) isn't coming on when the set is plugged in, most likely you have a issue with the power supply. Your standby power supply isn't working, and without it, you will have a dead set.

Low tire pressure light wont go out

The Low Tire Pressure Indicator must be reset using the Radio. This can only be performed if you have the factory radio installed in the vehicle. This vehicle does not come with an active tire pressure management system, and as such, this light must be reset manually.
1.) Turn Radio Off 2.) Hold down disp button for 10 seconds 3.) Setup Menu should display 4.) Scroll through menu to view "Tire Pressure" (use seek buttons) 5.) Select the Tire Pressure option (Press Radio Button 1) 6.) Reset should be displayed on screen (Press disp button) 7.) Tire Pressure Light should reset

CHEVY IMPALA &

On a Chevy Impala or Monte Carlo with indirect TPMS, a totally different reset procedure is required. You can use the light switch or radio to reset the system. With the light switch procedure, turn the ignition on (engine off), the turn the light switch from OFF to parking lamps three times within five seconds. How to reset low pressure light after having new tires installed

Though all of these TPMS applications use a similar technology and strategy to detect a low tire, there is no common reset procedure. GM is probably the worst, with 10 different reset procedures depending on the application. Toyota is probably the best, with only one simple reset procedure for all of their indirect TPMS systems (though a slightly different procedure is used on the Lexus models).

TPMS reset procedures may also be found in the vehicle owner’s manual (if it hasn’t been lost). Open the glove box and check the index in the owner’s manual for any TPMS information.

Good luck and this should work for you. They changed the reset procedure on the 2006 Impala.

HP 7410 will not boot. It powers up and the HP logo screen flashe

This was solved really well on this blog. It is some problem with the wifi board. If you disconnect it (no so hard and well explained on the blog) you will have network printing over a cable but no wireless.
