If this is a central unit you might have blown a fuse in the air handler unit inside. Small auto 5 amp. get them any where. But lightining sometimes knocks out control boards and tstats. Check all breakers. Russ

What kinda of car/ truck is it? If the fan stopped it might be a fuse, worst case the blower motor is bad.

The blower stops during steep grades when AC or defrost is on to lighten the load on the engine

00 Kia Sportage blower motor stopped working. No heat or AC. I had the fan tested and it works fine. I figured it would be the resistors or relays. So I installed new-used ones, the black and blue relays...

weird one and i do feel you should call a mechanic and stop spending money you do not need too ,something is wrong with the feed and suspect the relays that you replaced are the wrong internal connections

Ac/heater fan doesn't work

According to my wiring diagram, the blue and white wire from the blower motor gets power from the key switch. The fan switch and resistor grounds the motor.
No blower fuse is listed.

Blower fan not working. AC still cooling. Not

Sure. But could also be fan switch or motor. Check with a test light to make sure where the voltage stops.
