I got this from another website and have not performed this myself.

Turn on the camera to (M) shoot mode.
Press menu button on back of camera.
Flip to page 2 of the user settings.
Select (C) and select (Reset).
Press menu again

Remove the battery for 20 mins. Then replace the battery and go to the camera's Menu setting and set the date & time.

It sounds like the battery is dead in the headset. That headset has a non-replaceable battery. If the .Audio 995 is still under warranty you should have it replaced. I have included this link to the Plantronics .Audio 995 User's Guide.

Dear check the serial no 08-995 and simple change the correct no.
when you 08-995 pree copier show a windows on the panal
check S.No ... press C buton and enter correct S.No and press the ENTER Buton.. ( correct S.No.you can check the copier back cover)... please vote me.

The error 995 refers to a problem with the High Voltage Power Supply. This could mean three things one is that the Photodeveloper cartridge is damaged and needs to be replaced. The second one could be a problem with the High Volt Power Supply not providing enough charge to the Photodev. The third thing could be that the Engine Board is damaged causing the error in the display. You can try to reset the Photodev by pulling it out and the seating it back in the printer.

The speaker could have gone bad. Or it simply could be corrupted settings for your saved user settings. To reset your V995 to the factory default settins:

-- Power off your V995 using its power button.
-- Hold down the two "Program" buttons and, while holding down these two buttons, press the Power button. Release all three buttons when "Reset" is displayed on your V995's display. Performing this factory reset forces the V995 to load the factory default settings which are permanently stored in a separate part of the firmware code. These settings then overwrite your stored preferences which are stored in another part of the memory. Now, all you have to do after performing this "factory reset" procedure is to once again set all settings to whatever you prefer.

So it seems that only 128 Mb is officially supported, however elarger cards may be OK but you would need to try, don't forget to format the new card in the camera. You may find a friendly high street shop that will let you try various card to see.
