BO625SS 60cm Fan Oven - The electrics where turned off and the mains, when they were turned back on the clock is flashing however none of the buttons do anything. We have tried all of the combinations to either set the clock or take it out of auto mode (AUTO is also flashing). Are you able to help?
This is as much as the manual says
After your appliance is connected to your mains supply for the
first time, the numbers on the timer display will flash. Before
you can select a cooking function or set a temperature, you
must set the appliance into manual operation mode.
o To select manual operation mode, press the manual operation
button (9) on the control panel.

It won't even let us press the manual button as I mentioned none of the buttons will work
sounds like there is a problem with the control panel - I found this answer which may apply==
OK you turn the power off at the wall for at least ten minutes (no sooner) this will allow the backup in the clock to discharge. Once this has been done switch the clock back on and reset
if that doesn't do it you have a problem with the relay or mains filter on the timer itself and will need to get it replaced. Whats happening is that the clock side of the timer is working but the side that looks after power to the ovens is not. Sadly you will have to get someone in to replace/bypass the clock.
