Grid lines in Nikon f80

i know it is used for compsition. where on web can i find how to use them. i am a total and own a f80.

sorry for the spelling errors and omission of words. what i meant was that i am a total beginer in photography. i am very much intrigued by the grid lines in f80 i guessed that they are used for composition. but i want sources on internet which will teach me the basics of how to use them.

I have the same problem.
