It is best to reinstall your microsoft office with this problem. There must be a corrupted file somewhere which causes the system to fail.

Is it possible to make word repair document?

When you restart a Microsoft Office program after a power failure or similar problem, the program automatically opens any recovered files.
If for some reason the recovery file didn't open, you can open it yourself.

1. On the Standard toolbar, click Open .
2. On the Show pop-up menu, click All Documents.
3. Locate the folder that contains your recovery files.
Each recovery file is named "AutoRecover save of file name."
4. Open the recovery file.
5. Click Save .
6. In the Save As box, enter the name of the existing document.
7. When you see a message asking whether you want to replace the existing document, click Yes.

Any recovery files that haven't been saved are deleted when you quit WorTips

• If you can't open the recovery file, you can try to recover the text from the damaged file.
• To find out or change where your recovery files are stored, click Preferences on the Word menu, and then click File Locations.

The Main Four Differences Between Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office...

The Main Four Differences Between Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office 2003
There are few differences between Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office 2003. As we know, some new features have been added to MS-Office 2007. The appearance has also been improved. This tips is only created for those who are not familiar with Office 2007 so that they can learn it easily.
The main four differences are;
Menu bar :
See the picture below:
d5c6c35.jpg
Ribbon :
The ribbon with a Logo in MS-Office 2007, the normal drop down menus in MS-Office 2003 has been replaced. Most people who have been using Office 2003 got confused with this since we cannot see the File Menu button where we can directly select New, Open, Save, etc. But those are still there with the ribbon. This interfaces makes us easier while using the office suite. When we click the Ribbon (Office logo) on the extreme top left corner we will see the following bottons :
8c290cf.jpg
XML file Format :
When we talk about Office 2003, it means .doc file extension. Now a new file format has been added called .docx. If we save any file or data in this format, we can’t read or open it using previous versions of Microsoft office. But don’t worry, there are still the old file formats as well. And we can open the previous versions file format in Microsoft Office 2007. So if you are transferring a MS office file to another user or sending it through email, it’s best to sent it as .doc so that anyone who is using any version of Microsoft Office can open and read it.

If you ever come across more differences, please leave a comment so that we can help each other better. Good luck to you all.

I need a 25 cheat code for microsoft word

Nearly all version of Microsoft Office need to pay for the code to activate your downloaded office.
Microsoft Office Starter 2010 is a cut-down version of the package which displays ads, and only contains limited functions. But by way of compensation you can use it free of charge and without a code.
You can also try Kingsoft Office which does the same work as MS Office, and supports most MS file formats. The word processor in this suite can open, edit and save as(doc, docx and etc) files, and the similar MS interface to you.

How to read office 2007 in my office 2003

Unless the Office 2007 files have been saved in Office 2003 file format then Office cannot read or open Office 2007 files,
The only way around this problem is to go to the Microsoft WEB site and download and install MS Office 2007 readers for Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.

How can i convert ms office 2007 to 2003 without using a converter?

I assume you are trying to convert a file into Office 2003. When you open a file in 2007, simply use the Save As... menu selection. When the window comes up click the drop down menu and choose Office 2003 file. It will then give your file the standard .doc, .ppt, .xls, etc. extension.

Thanks for using Fixya.

Microsoft Word 2007 keeps crashing

Check websites for printer and wordand see if there are any updates to use or in the case of the printer a firmware update.

When you uninstall anyprogramme ensure you leave no files present on your machine. if it asks to keep anything then dont.

Also a good idea to uninstall microsoft office completely. reboot and install all again. Ensure you click on ALL work from HARD drive.

Ensure your printer driver is Vista compatible and the very latest with patches etc.

office first then printer software.... never add printer before dirvers are in.

If this helped please vote for me

Problem

It sounds like your computer shut down while the file was open, and the software saved it by default. If this is what happened, then you would get the "text recovery" message when you opened the software again, after the computer re-booted. Have you tried opening the file using the link within the "text recovery" message?

Printing a 2007 Word document on Word 2000 and yes I've tried the Converter but to no use.

Open the document in word 2007, click file, save as and in the save as dialog box at the very bottom is a field "save as type" Click the down arrow and scroll down to and select Word 6.0/95(*.doc)
In the File Name: field type a new name so that you don't save over your original.
Click save.
The new file will open in word 2000.
