Question about Samsung SGH-d807 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Samsung D807 --Phone vibrates when powered down.

If I power down the phone, it continually vibrates and doesn't stop unless I hit the off button again and again, which then results in the phone turning back on. I don't want to leave the phone on continually b/c it drains the battery too quick, but I Can't leave it vibrating all day either.

If you have not dropped or damaged the phone, I would contact your service provider for a replacement equal to value.

My cell Samsung Galaxy ace GT-7500 have problem. The trouble is system stop functioning. It shows only Samsung and its model GT-7500 simultaneously and vibrating continuously. please solve my problem........

tyr a factory reset you will be suprised how little effort it takes and how much it would cost at a phone shop. Here are the instructions:

1.When the phone is off press and hold the power, volume and home button.

2. keep holding until the samsung turn on thingy with your phone name and model comes up, Keep holding, The title may come up twice but keep holding.

3.when the screen comes up, YOU WILL KNOW IT WHEN YOU SEE IT. Release the middle and power button but still hold the volume one down. This bit is tricky so you may have to turn it off and restart a couple of times.

4.Use the volume button to scroll through the choices and the home button to select the option.

5. Click on factory reset and then the only option that says yes.

this will work though.

Samsung SGH-D807

  1. On your phone, dial *#61# and click Send.
  2. Some information should be displayed: number that the calls are being forwarded to and the delay before the forwarding engages.
  3. Write down the number (including +1)
  4. Dial **61*+1xxxyyyzzzz*11*30# and hit Send. +1xxxyyyzzzz is the number you wrote down previously, 30 is the delay in seconds. The delay can be set in 5 second increments, 30 is maximum
  5. Dial *#61# to verify that the new settings are active.

Samsung-D807 Headset/Power Connector Crooked

It is a common problem on this model. This connector is fragil and prone to breaking.
To continue to use the phone without sending in for repair purchase an external battery charger.
I'm not endorsing it but if you don't know where to purchase it, try this site:
