At this point I am assuming the refrigerator portion is working. It sounds like it may be a thermostat or a low refrigerant charge. If you cannot find it with the links I have attached you should contact a servace tec but also it possibly is in warrenty so start where you purchased the unit.

Something to check for. Is the top of the refrigerator door lower than the freezer door? If so the ref. light may not be turning off all the time. Pull bottom panel off to expose hinges. The ref hinge should have an adjuster. Adjust door up to be level with freezer.

remove the baskets and shelves in the freezer and remove the rear panels after shutting the fridge down. If you see heavy frost on the coils then the defrost model needs replaced. If not, check the that the fans runs, and then that the thermostat works and then that the damper that allows the air to the fridge compartment is opening correctly.

Check the damper in the top back of the fresh food section. make sure that it is open and air is coming through it.

Check the diverted box in fresh food side. Some of them have an electric flapper that opens to let cold air in to maintain temp in fresh food side. If coils are not frozen up then that is the next thing I would look at. The flap might not be opening up,
