Motorola razor I just got a new phone and can't take pictures,when i press the camera botton nothing appears ,sometimes when i press it many times there is a message and it say unable to capture image ,why can i do?

Screen is just white and the motorola screen does not appear


Since nothing is appearing on you screen, not even the motorola screen, it means the flex of your phone is bad.

the problem with your phone is that the flex on the screen of your phone is bad and will need to be replace in other for your phone to display.

All you need to do is to replace the flex on the screen of your phone and you will that your phone will display.

I have no picture on my razor it is a blank screen

I had the same problem with my razor. nothing you cna do here but take it and get a new one.

I order a phone off e bay no paperwork came with it i cant find out how to take pictures can you help me the phone is a motorola razor v3

Well ebay isnt the best place to get a phone, try pressing the button with a camera on it right next to the arrows on the left?

Razor v3 problem using keypad durring phone calls "press 1 for this press 2 for that etc...

go to menu/settings/intial setup/DTMF - set it to continous then try the voicemail and try deleting the msgs again.

you may need to change the mid key board on teh phone so take it to a mobile service center and have them fix it for you

Motorola Razor V3 unlocked phone bought new in the box off ebay.

haha the best way to know if both screen and board are still work try turn your phone into bootloader mode by press *#power all together..let me know so i can guide more
