It would help if you posted make and model of phone. but generally phones shut off because of low battery. maybe battery is going bad and no longer holds a charge? if that is not the case try rebooting the phone.

Try a new battery if that does not work then you should take the phone and have the firmware flash to correct this error.....take the phone to a mobile service center to have this done.

Try this 2 steps::
You have to remove the battery when mobile is turned ON and wait for few seconds re insert the battery then check.
Still if you have the same issue Hold down the ALT key, and press right-hand CAP key press the DELETE key aswell together which reboots the device.
Mean while contact your operator (customer service) if still issue remains same. I suggest you to take back up and re install operating system to you are Blackberry.. Best of luck

There must be some kind of virus in your mobile and need to reinstall the software of the mobile which you can get from local mobile repair show or you can also contact HTC for it as there is no other way
