Need a replacement band for a noma 111 model # 5509. I would like to replace the plastic to metal

I would recomend searching EBay for this band but this band can be purchased from other vendors as well but may not be an exact match

If the Timex website does not offer replacement bands, then you will not find a band. Sorry. Time for a new watch.

If you want a stell band from Chase Drurer you will need to contact them. Make sure you have the model available when checking availabilty of parts.

There are a lot of great looking after market steel bands. The selection will depend on the size and finish of the band. I suggest a watch repair shop that carries Spiedel or Bariloche. It will help to know the size of band needed. To determine that you will need ot measuer in between the lugs. The lugs are the two extensions coming from the case that connect the band to the case. I imagine it is 18mm.

TAG HEUER watch bands are costly. Over here in England they cost from £60 to £250 (depends on type, model, e.t.c.), but can rocket sky high if you have one of expensive models.
I would suggest to add a few links to your existing band. This will be cheaper than to buy completely new band.
Visit your nearest watch repair store and ask how to do that. Watchmaker should be able to order extra links and fit them for you.
If you insist on a new band - ask watchmaker to order it and fit to your watch.

Jim, you still need to remove the pins that the band is being held on with. You can use a small jewelers screwdriver to push them in.
However, I am having a tough time getting my new band on!
