Question about Computers & Internet
Hi i have an Arris Modem TM502G which is connected to a Comcast Router CG814WG v2 but i'm having a problem connecting to my work's VPN. The error i'm getting is Error 619: The port was disconnected. I can connect from other locations just not my home at the moment. It was working until a couple of weeks ago. No update/changes made by me. VPN client is Microsoft VPN. Tried bypassing the router and connecting directly to the modem but the problem still exists.
Hi, mate check firewall settings of your modem/router. Then contact your IT administrator and he should be able to make changes to configurations for you. In most cases if server classify's your connection as unsafe it rejects it.
