You could be in overscan mode. There might be a video button on the remote that allows switching between the various video output mode.

Why won't facebook resize my new cover picture?

Cover photos are 851 pixels wide and 315 pixels tall. If you upload an image that's smaller than these dimensions, it will be stretched to this larger size. The image you upload must be at least 399 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall. But if you have an image of high resolution, you must first edit it using Photoshop or any image processor.

My new lg 3d tv is closng on top bottom and sides is there anything i can do to cure the problem

Could you provide more information? What do you mean when you say, "closing?" Do you mean there is a black band around the picture? If so that means the original picture is recorded at a lower pixel density than your TV will display.
In the past most TV program signals provided a picture dimensions (in computer standards) very roughly 600 pixels wide by 400 pixels tall. What this means is that a picture of that pixel size will display as a small, squarish image slightly wider than it is tall on a (now) standard 1080p LCD television--which produces an image 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high.
That would be nearly unwatchable (picture too small) except for the fact that most TVs compensate for the relatively small size of "standard definition TV (SD TV, as opposed to HDTV) by enlarging the image so that the top and bottom edges of the picture touch the top and bottom of the TV screen. This will leave black bands on either side of the picture. Some LCD TVs will automatically stretch BOTH dimensions of the image, which yields a distorted, "sqaushed" image.
All my comments above apply to both standard LCD and 3D-LCD TVs, by the way.
A more precise overview of the facts about TV picture size can be found here:

At the time of photo taken in zoom please instruct me actual shutter speed & exposer in which better photo is taken pranab

Pranab, When using a zoom or telephoto lens, it's just like using a telescope - a little bit of movement in your hand makes the image jump around a lot. If you take a picture under these conditions it is often blurry. There are 5 things to improve the image quality: 1. Use the fastest shutter speed possible. 2. Since a fast shutter speed captures less light, you also need a wider aperture (that's the size of adjustable curtain in the lens known as the f-stop, a smaller f-stop number indicates a wider aperture). The wider aperture allows more light in. 3. Use a tripod. This works for telescopes and cameras. 4. Bright available light. On a sunny day, there is lots of light available, so you can use a fast shutter speed and still get enough light. 5a. On film cameras use "fast film". This film is more sensitive, meaning it requires less light so you can use a faster shutter speed. 5b. On some digital cameras there is Image Stabilization. The image is electronically stabilized - this is like using a tripod to hold the image still, while allowing the camera to move around a little bit. I hope you found this helpful good luck Al K

When recomended screen resolution (1289 x 1024) is used Sceren display size far too small

The reason why everything is too small is because you can now see your screen on a wider/bigger view of the graphics (it's like looking down from a tall building or looking down from an airplane. The difference is that looking at your screen is not that far. The Resolution is higher than before, graphics, pictures/images, video games, movies are all displayed fine. Having a high resolution screen is a GOOD THING! If you are not comfortable with this kind of high resolution then you can switch back to lower resolution but of course the consequences would be other softwares/programs may not work. It's just your personal perception.

It's OK is you do it in pair.

10 mm tailer and 5 mm wider is not so bad.

Please do this swap in pair.

Keep tall (1st send of number) tire in rear.

Please rate my answer if it's useful to you.

Cheers,

Tires for a saturn

They will fit but be prepared for different response at steering wheel, for example if you take your eyes of the road for a second it may wander quicker, when you turn it may turn quicker, and also might hydroplane easier in wet weather. Your going a little wider & little higher sidewall height. Speedometer may be off a little too. It's like putting a little wider ski on in the snow too, it may slide on top a little more, instead of biting in and grabbing. Be real careful until your used to the feel.

Elongated desktop and software screen images

Many graphic cards enable you to rotate the screen up to 360 degrees. You could try to post this question again under you graphic card model instead of computer screen model as it is your graphic card that is certainly the problem.
