Usually most of the people can people give their jackets for dry clean because some times if we wash clothes from normal washing powder then your jacket will shrink, rough and loose its shine. It is better to wash your jacket with mild gel liquid which are used to wash the woolen cloth or you can give it to dry cleaner.
- remove mobo from laptop
- use hot working station (like Aoyue 852) for a long time until you can remove the broken DC-jacket
- clean the mobo
- solder the new DC-jacket on the mobo
- clean the residues of solder from the mobo
- put back the mobo in the laptop
- Done.

Also make sure your not using rise aid and detergent with rise aid in it. To much rise aid will cloud the dishes as well.

Hi, if you check your local outdoor shop you will find self-adhesive gore-tex patches for shell garments - you might even get the right colour. As they are made for outer shell garments they stick well and are not affected by rain etc.
Hi, try stick-on gore-tex patches designed for outer shell garments - they will withstand rain and moisture - no stitches. I am not sure that you down jacket will be all that waterproof at the best of times. The patches should do the business, you can probably get 'em at your local outdoor shop. Regards, Dave.
It should fit snug, NOT tight and not loose! A good way to tell is try it on and raise both hands above your head, if you can see your wrist then too tight!
